She has earned her culinary and baking certification from the Netherlands. Neeru’s specialty lies in using the culinary and baking tradition of France and other European food cultures to prepare flavour rich delicacies with contemporary variations. Her list of healthy, gluten and yeast free baking products include customised cakes, breads, French macrons, pies, cookies, pastries, and more – each featuring a mix of modern global influences and traditional European touches. Her uniqueness lies not only in the delectable food items she prepares but also in her commitment of serving the community. Her non-profit organization works wholeheartedly to serve the needy and uplift the section of the society that is deprived even from the basic necessities. She donates a part of the profit from the sale of her products and participation in various exhibitions, such as Kidding Around, Vivha, and Spring Affairs amongst others to the people who could do with a little financial help. Participation in these events has allowed her to meet and speak to the who’s who of the industry. She has shared the cooking stage with the likes of Chef Vikas Khanna. Her passion for the culinary and baking arts doesn’t end with using her expertise in the field to make delicious food items, but she also wants to mentor and guide young aspirants who want to make it big in the industry, and at the same time, give it back to the society, like she is.
